Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping runs $6.99 in the US ($9.99 to Canada) and is free on orders over $60 USD ($80CAD)

Right now we only ship to the US and Canada.


Given the global situation with tariffs, we are working with our suppliers to make sure we can deliver the best experience to all of our customers and are holding off with international sales outside of North America.

Orders shipping to Canada:

Note that we do not include any applicable taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or duties. When the shipment reaches the destination country, local customs may charge duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees before releasing the package. Smaller orders shipping to Canada often incur low or no additional duties or taxes, but this is not guaranteed.

Returns

We take product quality seriously and want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are fulfilled through a production partner, we handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any beauty or cosmetic products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Makeup, skincare, nail, or cosmetic items
  • Products with broken seals or removed protective packaging
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or contamination

Once a product has been opened, it is considered final sale and cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video evidence showing the damage or defect

For shipping damage, photos should be taken before the item is used and, if possible, before packaging is fully discarded.

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections, packaging scuffs, or light residue from shipping are not considered damage.

If you’re unhappy with a product for reasons other than damage or defect, reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Because items are made to order, returns for preference or change-of-mind are not guaranteed.

To keep things fair and hygienic, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses
  • Failed or refused deliveries

Once an item has been used, worn, opened, or altered, it is considered final sale.
